Eel be right
Parramatta coach Brian Smith has welcomed the appointment of Bill Harrigan as referee for the Eels' National Rugby League match against the Northern Eagles at Brookvale Oval on Sunday.
The Eels will come face to face with Harrigan for the first time since the game's leading referee sent three Parramatta players to the sin bin, one of them twice, against Newcastle four weeks ago.
